My project will be on television bias. How television impact us as a society and how they make us believe what they want and when they want. I will be working in a group composed of Bertha Perron, Suzie Agrait, and Melvin..., I don't remember his last name :)
I will do my project on how video games and movies potray minorities as violent criminals creating a stereotype of minorities in society. I will be working individually.
I am also working solo and my topic is to discuss the media's construction of the news media's role in crime and justice depicted in the films Natural Born Killers and Bonfires of the Vanities.
My Project will be researching if violent games is a contributing facot ro juvenile deliquency? We have broken our project into 5 topics, me being responsible for the society aspect of it. My team is Maria Navarrio, Jose Rocha,Ernesto Aguirre and myself.
We are going to explore how music videos with criminal content are impacting violence and crime in society. the people in my group will be Lorena Hernandez and Carolina Alzate
The project I am working on is how visual media is desensitizing society with violent criminal acts? The excalation of what was seen in the past to what we have now and maybe where we are headed.
