Discussion Questions = worth up to 25 POINTS assessed as follows: FULL CREDIT WITH BONUS, FULL CREDIT, PARTIAL CREDIT, NO CREDIT
In Class Activities = worth up to 10 POINTS assessed as follows: FULL CREDIT WITH BONUS , FULL CREDIT, PARTIAL CREDIT, NO CREDIT
Blog Assignment = worth up to 20 POINTS assessed according to amount of blogging

FINAL PROJECT INCLUDING PRESENTATION = UP TO 45 POINTS ASSESSED ACCORDING TO SUBSTANCE OF RESEARCH PROJECT AND PRESENTATION


Course Description:

The media are important in the construction of crime and justice reality and this course explores the relationship between the media, crime and justice by critically looking at these systems and how they are interconnected.
